4. In Portland-composite cements СЕМ ll/A-M and CEM ll/B-M, in pozzolanic cements CEM IV/A and CEM IV/B and in composite cements CEM V/A and CEM V/B the main constituents other than clinker shall be declared by designation of the cement (for examples, see Clause 8).

Сім продуктів в сімействі сульфатостійких зви­чайних цементів, охоплених цим стандартом, наведені в таблиці 2.

Вони згруповані в три групи основних типів цементів наступним чином:

Сульфатостійкий портландцемент:

• CEM I-SR 0 Сульфатостійкий портландце­мент (вміст С₃А в клінкері = 0 %);

• CEM I-SR 3 Сульфатостійкий портландце­мент (вміст С₃А в клінкері < 3 %);

• CEM I-SR 5 Сульфатостійкий портландце­мент (вміст С₃А в клінкері < 5 %);

Сульфатостійкий шлакопортландцемент:

• CEM III/B-SR Сульфатостійкий шлако­портландцемент (вимоги до вмісту С₃А в клінкері відсутні);

• CEM III/C-SR Сульфатостійкий шлако­портландцемент (вимоги до вмісту С₃А в клінкері відсутні);

Сульфатостійкий пуцолановий цемент:

• CEM IV/A-SR Сульфатостійкий пуцолано­вий цемент (вміст С₃А в клінкері < 9 %);

• CEM IV/B-SR Сульфатостійкий пуцолано­вий цемент (вміст С₃А в клінкері < 9 %).

Склад кожного з цих семи продуктів в сімействі сульфатостійких звичайних цементів повинен відповідати таблиці 2. Познака типу цементу повинна відповідати вимогам цього стандарту з додатковою познакою SR 0, SR З, SR 5 для цементів СЕМ І і лише "SR" для цементів СЕМ III і IV.

The seven products in the family of the sulfate re­sisting common cements, covered by this stan­dard are given in Table 2.

They are grouped into three main cement types as follows:

Sulfate resisting Portland cement:

• CEM I-SR 0 Sulfate resisting Portland cement (C₃A content of the clinker = 0 %),

• CEM I-SR 3 Sulfate resisting Portland cement (C₃A content of the clinker < 3 %),

• CEM I-SR 5 Sulfate resisting Portland cement (C₃A content of the clinker < 5 %),

Sulfate resisting blast furnace cement:

• CEM lll/B-SR Sulfate resisting blast furnace cement (no requirement on C₃A content of the clinker),

• CEM lll/C-SR Sulfate resisting blast furnace cement (no requirement on C₃A content of the clinker),

Sulfate resisting pozzolanic cement:

• CEM IV/A-SR Sulfate resisting pozzolanic cement (C₃A content of the clinker < 9 %),

• CEM IV/B-SR Sulfate resisting pozzolanic cement (C₃A content of the clinker < 9 %).

The composition of each of the seven products in the family of the sulfate resisting common ce­ments shall be in accordance with Table 2. The cement type notation shall be in accordance with the requirements of this standard with additional notation by SR 0, SR 3, SR 5 for CEM I cements and only "SR" for CEM III and IV cements.

Звичайні цементи з низькою ранньою міцніс­тю - це CEM III шлакопортландцементи, на­ведені в таблиці 1. Вони відрізняються від інших звичайних цементів вимогами до ран­ньої міцності (див. 7.1.2). CEM III цементи з низькою ранньою міцністю, які відповідають вимогам таблиці 2, можуть також бути заде­кларовані як сульфатостійкі звичайні цементи.

Low early strength common cements are CEM III blast furnace cements as specified in Table 1. They differ from other common cements regard­ing the early strength requirements (see 7.1.2). Low early strength CEM III cements conforming to the requirements in Table 2 can also be declared as sulfate resisting common cements.

6. МЕХАНІЧНІ, ФІЗИЧНІ, ХІМІЧНІ ВИМОГИ ТА ВИМОГИ ДО ДОВГОВІЧНОСТІ

   1. Механічні вимоги

      1. Стандартна міцність

Стандартна міцність цементу - це міцність при стиску, яка визначена згідно з EN 196-1 у віці 28 діб і повинна відповідати вимогам, наведе­ним у таблиці 3.

Цементи за стандартною міцністю поділяють­ся на три класи: клас 32,5; клас 42,5 та клас 52,5 (див. таблицю 3).

Рання міцність цементу - це міцність при стиску, яка визначена згідно з EN 196-1 у віці 2 або 7 діб і яка повинна відповідати вимогам, наведеним в таблиці 3.

Кожний клас стандартної міцності поділяється на три класи ранньої міцності: клас із зви­чайною ранньою міцністю, позначений N, клас з високою ранньою міцністю, позначений R, і клас із низькою ранньою міцністю, позначе­ний L (див. таблицю 3). Клас L застосовний лише до CEM III цементів. Це шлакопортланд- цементи з низькою ранньою міцністю.

7 MECHANICAL, PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND DURABILITY REQUIREMENTS

The standard strength of a cement is the com­pressive strength determined in accordance with EN 196-1 at 28 days and shall conform to the re­quirements in Table 3.

Three classes of standard strength are included: class 32,5, class 42,5 and class 52,5 (see Table 3).

The early strength of a cement is the compressive strength determined in accordance with EN 196-1 at either 2 days or 7 days and shall conform to the requirements in Table 3.

Three classes of early strength are included for each class of standard strength, a class with ordi­nary early strength, indicated by N, a class with high early strength, indicated by R and a class with low early strength, indicated by L (see Table 3). Class L is only applicable for CEM III cements. These are the distinct low early strength blast fur­nace cements
