ДОПУСКИ ВІДХИЛЕНЬ ФОРМИ І КУТА НАХИЛУ ПРОФІЛЮ
ТА ГВИНТОВОЇ ЛІНІЇ
Загальні положення
Дотепер відхилення форми і кута нахилу профілів і спіралей не нормували, у цьому стандарті ці елементи також не є нормативними. Проте відхилення форми і кута нахилу суттєво впливають на експлуатаційні характеристики зубчастого колеса, їхні відповідні значення наведено в таблицях В.1—В.З. Визначення відхилень форми і кута нахилу профілю та гвинтової лінії наведено в 3.2.3, 3.2.4 та в 3.3.3, 3.3.4.
Формули для значень, що відповідають 5-му ступеню точності
Допуск на відхилення форми профілю, ffa, визначають за формулою:
=2,5 0,17 0,5.
Допуск на відхилення кута нахилу профілю, fHa, визначають за формулою:
fHa =2л/т+0,14д/б+0,5.
Допуск на відхилення форми гвинтової лінії, ff?, та відхилення кута нахилу гвинтової лінії, визначають за формулою:
=fHft =0,07jd+0,45>/d+3.
Правила розрахунку значень допусків на відхилення форми і відхилень кута нахилу для різних ступенів точності та правила округлення цих значень такі самі, як визначено в розділі 5.
