9 ЗВІТ ПРО ВИПРОБУВАННЯ

До звіту про випробування повинна входити наступна інформація:

а) унікальний ідентифікаційний номер звіту;

b) найменування цього стандарту;

с) назва та адреса дослідної лабораторії і місце проведення випробування, якщо воно відмінне від адреси дослідної лабораторії;

d) назва (ім'я) та адреса замовника;

е) замовник надає наступну інформацію:

- петрографічна назва каменю;

- торговельна назва каменю;

- країна і регіон добування;

- назва постачальника;

- напрям існуючої площини анізотропії (якщо це має значення для випробовування) чітко вказується на комплекті зразків або на кожній одиниці зразка двома паралельними лініями;

- ім'я особи або назва організації, що провела відбір зразків;

- тип обробки поверхні зразків (якщо це має значення для випробовування);

f) дата доставки зразка;

g) дата підготовки зразка (якщо доцільно) і дата проведення випробування;

h) кількість одиниць у зразку;

і) розміри зразків;

j) характер змін кожного зразка, поміченого під час огляду;

k) зміна маси кожного зразка і середня зміна маси у відсотках;

9 TEST REPORT

The test report shall contain the following information:

a) unique identification number of this report;

b) the number, title and date of issue of this European Standard;

c) the name and address of the test laboratory and the address where the test was carried out if it is different from the test laboratory;

d) the name and address of the client;

e) it is the responsibility of the client to give the following information:

- the petrographic name of the stone;

- the commercial name of the stone;

- the country and region of extraction;

- the name of the supplier;

- the direction of any existing plane of anisotropy (if relevant to the test) to be clearly indicated on the sample or on each specimen by means of two parallel lines;

- the name of the person or organisation which carried out the sampling;

- the surface finish of the specimen (if relevant to the test);

f) the date of delivery of the sample or of the specimens;

g) the date when the specimens were prepared (if relevant) and the date of testing;

h) the number of specimens in the sample;

i) the dimensions of the specimens;

j) any observed alteration for each specimen;

k) the percentage change in mass for each specimen and the mean percentage change in mass;

l) зміна модуля динамічної пружності кожного зразка і середня зміна модуля динамічної пружності у відсотках;

m) звіт про непевність вимірів (якщо доцільно);

n) відхилення від стандарту з поясненням;

о) примітки.

Звіт про проведення випробування повинен містити підписи та посади осіб, відповідальних за проведення випробування, і дату складання звіту. Крім того, вказується, що звіт не може частково відтворюватися без письмового дозволу дослідної лабораторії.

l) the percentage change in dynamic elastic modulus for each specimen and the mean percentage change in dynamic elastic modulus;

m) a statement on measurement uncertainty (where appropriate);

n) any deviations from the standard and their justification;

o) remarks.

The test report shall contain the signature(s) and role(s) of the responsible(s) for the testing and the date of issue of the report. It shall also state that the report shall not be partially reproduced without the written consent of the test laboratory.
