AN requirements of the other particular section apply to the epee Hied variant except where stated otherwise.

  1. Cable types

The cable* in this section J of Part 5 of HD 604 shall comprise the following types.

This type shall be identical to the cables specified in Section A Of Pan 5 of HD 604, except that tub-clause 2,3.8 shaN be replaced by the text given in Appendix A.

This type shall be identical to the cable* specified in Section 0 of Fart Б of HD 604, except that sub-clause 2,3.15 shal be replaced by the text given in Appendix A.

This type shall be identical to the cables specified in Section C of Part 5 of HO 604, except that cables shall additionally comply with the requirements of Appendix A.

The phase core Identification shea be made by colours for cross-sections up to 6mm1. For cores greater than 6mm1 the phase core identification may be made alternatively by colours, or by numbers when cores are black, in the following order: 1 -2*3.

2.2 Thickness of inner covering

The thickness of the inner covering is given as an approximate value and need not be checked by measurement.

2.3 Cable marking

The method of cable marking shall comply with clausa 3 of Part 1 end the following additional requirements.
