5.7.5.1Обладнання

• Штифт, діаметр якого менший за діаметр отвору і такої довжини, що вставлений в отвір штифт виходить приблизно на 100 мм над поверхнею виробу.
• Кутник зі сторонами довжиною 100 мм.
• Комплект клинців із точністю розмірів до 1/10 мм.

5.7.5.2Процедура вимірювання

Вставити штифт в отвір.

Розмістити кутник на виробі, що вимірюється, біля краю отвору (рисунок 21).

За допомогою комплекту клинців виміряти максимальну відстань l в міліметрах з округленням до 0,1 мм) між штирем і стороною кутника для відстані / (в міліметрах з округленням до 1 мм).

Відхилення від прямого кута розраховується в процентах з округленням до 1 процента.

5.7.4.2Procedure of measurement

• The larger diameter clearance gauge must not enter the hole.
• The smaller diameter clearance gauge must freely enter the hole.

5.7.5 Inclination of the hole

5.7.5.1Apparatus

• A stud with a diameter less than that of the hole and a length such that once pushed into place the stud will protrude by about 100 mm.
• A set-square with arms 100 mm long
• A set of thin shims accurate to 1/10 mm.

5.7.5.2Procedure of measurement

The stud is inserted into the hole.

The set-square is placed on the element to be measured at the edge of the hole (Figure 21).

Using the set of shims the maximum distance l between the stud and the arm of the set-square for a distance / is measured (in millimetres to the nearest 0,1 mm) for a distance / (measured in millimetres to the nearest 1 mm).

The error of the angle as a percentage is given to the nearest percent.

5.8 Перевірка форми непрямокутних і вигнутих виробів

5.8.1Загальні положення

Вимірювання відхилення непрямокутних і вигнутих виробів від еталонного шаблону й контрольного шаблону.

5.8.2Обладнання

• Еталонний шаблон і контрольний шаблон, виготовлені зі стійкого до корозії матеріалу, розміри яких стійкі до впливу природних змін температури й вологості середовища в межах 0,05 %.
• Штангенциркуль із рухомими губками з точністю виміру до 1/20 мм і вимірювальним діапазоном, що принаймні дорівнює розміру виробу, який вимірюється (до 1000 мм).

5.8 Verification of the shape of non-rectangular and curved units

5.8.1General

Measurement of the deviation between a reference template and a control template for non-rectangular and curved units.

5.8.2Apparatus

• A reference template and a control template made from a corrosion resistant material which is dimensionally stable within a limit of 0,05% under the effect of natural variations in ambient temperature and humidity.
• A sliding calliper gauge accurate to 1/20 mm with a measuring range at least equal to the size of the element to be measured (up to 1000 mm).

5.8.3Процедура вимірювання

На виробничому етапі зняти з виробу із природного каменю контрольний шаблон. Вирізати шаблон у проекції. Виміряти розміри шаблону з округленням до 0,5 мм.

Порівняти розміри, виміряні на контрольному шаблоні, з розмірами еталонного шаблону.

Зареєструвати різницю.

6 Звіт про випробування

До звіту про випробування має бути включена така інформація:

1. унікальний ідентифікаційний номер звіту;
2. номер, назва й дата випуску цього Європейського стандарту;
3. назва й адреса дослідної лабораторії та місце проведення випробування, якщо воно відмінне від адреси дослідної лабораторії;
4. назва (ім'я) і адреса замовника;
5. замовник надає таку інформацію:

• петрографічна назва каменю;
• торговельна назва каменю;
• країна й район видобування;
• назва постачальника;
• ім'я особи або назва організації, що провела відбір зразків;

1. дата доставки зразка;
2. дата проведення випробування;

h)кількість одиниць у зразку;

і)проведені вимірювання;

j)результати вимірювань;

k)усі відхилення від стандарту з обґрунтуванням;

І) примітки.

5.8.3Procedure of measurement

Trace a control template from a stone unit during the production stage. Cut out the template in the projection. Measure the lengths on the template to the nearest 0,5 mm.

Compare the lengths measured on the control template with those on the reference template.

Note the differences.

6 Test report

The test report shall contain the following information:

1. unique identification number of the report;
2. the number, title and date of issue of this European Standard;
3. the name and address of the test laboratory and the address where the test was carried out, if different from the test laboratory;
4. the name and the address of the client;
5. it is the responsibility of the client to supply the following information:

• the petrographic name of the stone,
• the commercial name of the stone,
• the country and region of extraction,
• the name of the supplier,
• the name of the person or organisation which carried out the sampling;

1. the date of delivery of the sample;
2. the date of testing;
3. the number of units in the sample;
4. the measurements performed;
5. the results of the measurements;

k)all deviations from the standard and their justification;

I)remarks.

Звіт про випробування містить підписи та посади осіб, відповідальних за проведення випробування, і дату складання звіту.

Крім того, вказується, що звіт не може частково відтворюватися без письмового дозволу дослідної лабораторії.

The test report shall contain the signatures and roles of those responsible for the testing and the date of issue of the report.

It shall also state that the report shall not be partially reproduced without the written consent of the test laboratory.
