Class 2 foe stranded conductor

All conductors shall be annealed

  1. Іпшішшс

Halogen-hee ethylene copolymer material with the requirement given in Table 1.

Insulation thickness and insulation resistance shall comply with the value given in Table 3. The tolerance for minimum thickness shall be 10% + 0.1mm.

  1. Attembtv of cores

AN cores above 6mm’ shal be twisted together,

    1. Concentric copper wires

(mean distance of wires 4mm and maximum distance 8mm)

  1. A concentric screen is placed over the Insulated conductors and Hiner covering. The resistance of the concentric screen shel not exceed the values given in Table 4, and rt shal not be possible to enter a mandrel of 8mm diameter between any wires or tapes in the concentric conductor without obtaining contact. A copper tape or wks helix shall be applied over the screen**2 Ahjmfrieum taoe

И any uninsulated earth conductor under an aluminium tape is used, the thickness of the tape shall not be less than 0.2mm. The copper wire or wires she! have the same cross-sectional area u the phase conductor.

  1. Overshaath

The oversheath shall be of halogen-free ethylene copolymer flame retardant material with requirements as given in Table 1 Black colour

Thickness of the over sheath is given in Table 4. The tolerance for minimum thickness shaN bo 15% + 0.2mm.

4.4 Testi

Compliance with the requirements ol sub-clause 43 shall bo checked by inspection and by the tests specified in Table 2.
